COVID 19 BOOKING PROCEDURES
Please pay attention to this before booking.
1. Upon arrival, please use the hand sanitizer that we will provide.
2. Gloves are recommended but FACE Mask are MANDATORY. If you do not have one we will provide one at the DOOR for a $1 fee.
3. We will be doing temperature checks upon arrival. If you are experiencing a temp higher than 99.0 you will have to reschedule. You will NOT be allowed entry.
4. We will not allow ENTRY of more than 2 at a time! At this time we CAN NOT service parties of more than 2 at a time! 5. If you are experiencing any ill symptoms please reschedule your appointment. Your appointment will be rescheduled at-least 14 days out.
6. If you cough at the time of your appointment, you will be asked to reschedule.
7. We highly recommend paying in full online for all service appointments to avoid contact exchange as much as possible.
Please keep in mind, we are operating at half the capacity. We are also restricted by our space size to how many clients we can have in the building at one time. We may not be able to allow entry before your appointment time. This gives current clients time to exit the building before we allow entry to those coming in to receive services.

ALL Appointments are charged a non refundable deposit which is used towards your appointment. The remaining balance can be paid with cash or card. By booking the appointment you have read and agreed to the terms of this policy.
Absolutely NO REFUNDS under NO circumstances.
NO SHOW/CANCELLATION POLICY:
As a courtesy to our other clients please notify us 24 hours in advance, if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. There is no refunds on cancelled appointments. Any appointment that is “cancelled” can not be “Rescheduled”. You would have to rebook A new appointment. Clients that cancel SAME DAY, or no show will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. All clients will receive a 10 minute late grace period. After 10 minutes, your appointment will be canceled. (Please make time for traffic, atm stop, etc.) It is important that you notify us if you are running behind to see if you can still be accommodated.
In the event you need to reschedule, your deposit can be transferred to another appointment IF you reschedule 24 hours BEFORE your scheduled appointment. If you reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, the deposit can not be transferred . You will have to rebook with a new deposit.
So if its Tuesday 10am and your appointment is Wednesday at 11:00am, and you decide to reschedule, your deposit can be transferred to a new appointment because its before 24hours. If it is Tuesday 10:01am and your appointment is Wednesday at 10am, and you decided to reschedule, your deposit will be forfeited and you will need to rebook with a new deposit.
If your menstrual cycle happens to come on near your scheduled appointment time, we will be happy to reschedule your appointment with no hassle. However, we will only reschedule your appointment ONCE!
1. Hours of Operation 10am-7pm Tuesday-Saturday.
2. WE RECOMMEND ARRIVING 10-15 MINUTES EARLY TO PREPARE FOR YOUR SERVICES. REMEMBER YOUR SERVICE WILL END ON TIME SO THAT THE NEXT GUEST IS NOT DELAYED, REGARDLESS OF HOW LATE YOU ARRIVE. HOWEVER we OPEN at 10am. Our 10 am appointments we will not allow anyone in before 9:55am.
3. PROMO/DISCOUNT CODES HAVE TO BE APPLIED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. WE WILL NO LONGER HONOR CODES THAT HAVE NOT BEEN APPLIED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING !!!!!!!
4. Promo codes CANNOT be combined with other DISCOUNTS! Promo codes or discounts can not be combined with packages!
5. Absolutely NO CHILDREN! Unless the child is being serviced.
6. No OUTSIDE food and drinks.
7. We do give a 10 minute grace period for each appointment! If later than 10minutes, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited. Please contact Isis Wellness Bar 919 752 6513 to make sure we can still accommodate you if you are running late.
8. Please be mindful of others who may be steaming! No loud talking, horse playing and please use nice words and language. This is a place of peace, serenity and relaxation.
9. We have the right to refuse service to any client who is loud or belligerent and NO refund will be issued.
